The Precedent Office Park was purchased by affiliates of HDG Mansur, an Indianapolis-based owner, on November 17th, 2005.  This purchase put an end to a seven-year period in which The Precedent was owned by an out-of-state investment firm.  The new owner, HDG Mansur, is dedicated to providing Indianapolis businesses, and specifically the tenants of The Precedent Office Park, the most professional and well-maintained property in Central Indiana.

The Precedent News page of The Precedent’s website, www.PrecedentBusinessPark.com, will provide businesses with information on upcoming events and news pertinent to the park.  We encourage our friends and tenants to provide us with stories, accomplishments, and company news that would be of interest to their fellow tenants.
